REPENTANCE

STEPS TO REPENTANCE 1. Know the word of God through preachers ( Mathew 4:17) 2. Find the true meaning of repentance. It is not merely feeling sorry for your sins 3. Changing your ways ( Math 16:24) 4. Believe in the Gospel( Mark 1:15) 5. Recognize that you have fallen short of the glory of God( Romans 3:23) 6. Be sorrowfull of your sins to God ( 2 Cor 7:10) 7. Be humble – admit to your sins ( James 4:6) 8. Don’t be passive ( Jeremiah 29:12-13) 9. Expect to be rewarded ( Hebrew 11:6) Always remember to seek, ask and knock particularly about being guided by the Holy Spirit (Luke 11:9-13)
