The travelling facilitator-The larger Masinga district
On Tuesday 11/11/2014,I was on duty from 8-5, then boarded an easy coach to Nairobi-told of a egoistic man who thought sexually harassing secondary school girl in the same bus was his way of showing off, i didn't know i was this witful; he got a piece of my tired mind(i was on the last seat and the driver wasn't thinking of doing justice to those of us in the back seat).I arrived in Nairobi at 3.00 and had to wait until it is safe to proceed with my journey. At 5:30am i was bold enough to walk to downtown Nairobi to board a shuttle to Kaewa-a small market in the larger Masinga village-
Oohh people in this part of the capital city dont travel that early to Kaewa;I had to wait until 9:30am for the shuttle of get filled.(I was that patient)
On the way to Kaewa we passed through Thika town, the garissa road is well maintained, but the police stop overs on that road are just toooo many, am still wondering why.
We got to Matuu, the driver and the conductor disappeared only to resurface 30minutes later with beans on plates as they chewed leisurely. It then dawned on me that i hadnt eaten for close to 10hrs, men wasnt i hungry, anyway i pressed on and 2hrs latet i arrived at Kaewa market, again my patience came to a test, the conductor thought i was a tourist with lots of dollars, the problem was i paid him in Kenyan shillings "ha ha ha"
Now from Kaewa market to the Masinga dam resort is breathtaking, the forest road and the plants are those films we see on National georgraphic.
Finally after 17hrs i arrived at Masinga Dam Resort. This is heavy on earth, its just fantastic.
My sight seeing was over before it even started.I had to shower and do what i do best, training my special guests on skills required in the 21st century. THIS GIVES ME ULTIMATE SATISFACTION

Modesty
Modesty is a sense of quiet confidence and self respect, which allows us to enjoy our accomplishment without inflating our self importance.
We do not brag or attract attention.
We know we are worthy of who we are.
We have a sense of respect and privacy for our bodies.
We have reasonable expectations for our selves.
We resist the drive to overdo
We share the glory with others
We are grateful for the gifts we have and we honour the gifts that others have.

Gentleness
Love towards ppeople and the world around us.
This is the desire not to harm anyone or anything.
It is safe in the presence of gentleness.
It takes strength to call on the self control that gentleness requires , particularly when we feel angry or hurt.
Being gentle with ourselves helps us to be more forgiving and kind to others.
Gentleness is moving wisely, touching softly, speeaking quietly and thinking kindly. This nurtures our souls.

Openness is being honest, clear and sincere, sharing who we are and what we feel without pretense.
It is the willingness to embrace new ideas and listen to others with an open mind.
We hold no hidden agendas and connect with others instead of controlling them.
We listen to others' feelings with compassionate curiosity.
When we open up, we are receptive to the blessings and surprises of life.

Determination
DETERMINATION
is the power of intent that drives our dreams.
It is the strength of willingness to act with resolve
We focus our energy on a purpose and persevere until we meet our goal
This is the commitment to follow through until we accomplish our purpose
We care about something so much that even when difficulties arise, and things don't come easy, we keep on trying.
We dont allow ourselves to give up.
We dont allow ourselves to get distracted and discouraged.
We complete the tasks we choose to do.
With determination we succeed.
